Rights & Roles

Each user is given certain rights and roles. Some users may only be permitted to view certain information. Others may be allowed to edit some information but only view other information. All of these rights and roles are controlled by the administrator.

Templates

The templates that are used for the standard letters and for the customer requirements are all prepared and maintained by the administrator.

Configuration

Most of the other settings are also determined by the administrator, such as the customer's interests and the action objectives, from which the normal users make their selections.
